Shipping

Within the Netherlands
We offer free shipping for all orders over €150 within the Netherlands & Belgium. Shipping costs for orders under €150 are €4,95 within the Netherlands & Belgium.

Most orders placed before 12:00 (Mon-Fri) are shipped the same day. Exceptions, such as made-to-order items, may take longer as noted on the product page.

After shipping, the carrier handles delivery. Within the Netherlands, this usually occurs the next day, though actual delivery times depend on the carrier.

Outside the Netherlands
You will receive your track and trace code when we shipped your order. For shipments outside the EU, please note that any customs duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the customer. 

Pre-orders will be shipped when the product is available, we will communicate the estimated time.

Pick up

Your order will be available for pick up between 1 to 5 working days. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up. 

Please note: if your order contains an item that is made-to-order, it can take up to 4 weeks to be ready for pick up. We will contact you after placing your order.
