How to fix clicker hoops & butterfly backs
Our earrings are made to last. With regular wear, the closure may become slightly looser over time.
A simple adjustment is all it takes to restore a secure fit.
Clicker hoops:
Step 1
Hold the hoop or huggie between your fingertips.
Step 2
Gently adjust the post by applying slight pressure up or down with your finger.
Step 3
Find the small dip in the post.
Step 4
If the dip is at the top, gently push the post up. If it is at the bottom, gently push it down.
Step 5
Close the earring and repeat until it clicks securely into place.
Step 6
You’re all set. Repeat the process whenever needed.
Butterfly backs:
Step 1
Remove the butterfly back from the earring.
Step 2
Gently squeeze the two small loops closer together.
Step 3
Test the fit to make sure it feels secure on the post.
Step 4
