Step 1
Use a measuring tape or string
Step 2
Find your wrist bone where your forearm meets your palm
Step 3
If you are using a measuring tape, place it around your wrist bone
Step 4
Note your wrist measurement & check the size chart below to find your size
Step 5
If you are using a string, place it around your wrist bone
Step 6
Mark the point where the ends meet with a pen
Step 7
Lay the string flat next to a ruler and measure up to your mark
Step 8
